My truck started to idle rough about a year and a half ago. There are times where I would be at a stop light and it would idle rough and hiss. Sometimes it would die on me. I thought it was a broken vacuum line or maybe the thermostat (it doesn't overheat) but it could be the EGR valve or something else. I am not a mechanic but I can replace parts on the engine if needed. If anyone can help please post reply or video response. Thanks.
